eShowe police issue drug warning

Constables Nomthandazo Nala, Nhlosenhle Ngcobo, Simphiwe Khumalo and Sthembiso Mchunu enter the recently recovered drugs into the register of exhibits at the eShowe police station

THE eShowe police have been working hard to fight drug abuse, which is one of the station’s priorities.

SAPS urge the community to be aware of the drug problem in town and to warn their children of the dangers of drug abuse.

It is believed that many of the house burglaries are fuelled by the drug problem.

In a recent operation, Visual Policing members, Constables Nomthandazo Nala, Nhlosenhle Ngcobo, Simphiwe Khumalo and Sthembiso Mchunu, arrested a suspect in the eShowe central business district who was found in possession of drugs.
